Decontamination Sinks

Hydraulic or stationary Sterile Processing Sink Systems designed for the manual cleaning of instruments and endoscopes in a sterile processing environment

SPECIFICATIONS:

Standard Construction: Quality all welded ground and polished stainless steel 304 #4 18/10 material. Heavy duty stainless steel construction with top and base frames welded to the table body for additional strength. Top has a “V” front edge on the front and sides.  Tables are custom sized to meet customers specific space    requirements.

Sinks:  Sinks are one piece construction welded to the table base, to form a sterile working surface. S

Hydraulics: A front mounted infinite rocker switch easily raises and lowers the sink table from 33.5” to 45.3” (850/1150mm). The hydraulic motor is located below the sink work top and enclosed in stainless steel to ensure the sink table meets all sanitation codes.

Electrical: Connection 120 volts, single phase, 60 cycle, c/w standard NEMA plug 15 amp plug and 6’-0” cord.

Mechanical: All water, drain and air line connections on hydraulic sink tables need to be flexible connections as table moves vertically between 33.5”/45.3” (850/1150mm). Drain connections 1.5”, water line inlets vary according to faucets ordered.
